Our Do-It-Yourself Kits are crafted to empower Aussie boaters with the tools and guidance necessary to achieve great results from your own backyard. It’s the perfect solution for those who don’t have access to one of our professional distributors.
Now, what makes these kits stand out? Well, besides being as comprehensive as your nan’s Sunday dinner spread, they come with all the bells and whistles you need, plus DIY newbie-proof instructions.
By following the instructions carefully, you’ll be tapping into the Yoda-like guidance of our experienced templating and installation professional. All you need is a little skill & a high attention to detail to carry it out well.
Where do we ship to?
We ship world-wide! If you need Deck Armour outside Australia you can request a quote here.
What size boats does it cover?
A Standard Kit covers anything up to 6 metres, then an extension pack can be purchased in addition to cover boats up to 9 metres.
Is it just for the main floor?
No go nuts! Consider the added templating sheet size you’ll need (you can use the calculator below) for any extra surfaces that need non-slip grip – think steps, casting platforms, dash etc. Gunwale Kits (gunnels) can be purchased separately on our shop, with Esky lids coming soon.

Using our secure online shop below, purchase your Templating Kit and any Add-on Extension Kits required to suite the size and all areas that you want covered on your boat.
Your Templating Kit will be post out to you asap with tracking.

After payment has been made it’s onto production! Your chosen style and colours are loaded onto the CNC Machine and your amazing and unique design comes out the other end!
We’ll send all your perfectly cut sheets to your door.

After carefully templating your boat using the equipment provided according to our instructions, use the reply paid posting bag to send the templated sheets and your design preferences to our dedicated design & cutting hub.

Follow the included installation instructions to prepare the surface, then carefully put together the satisfying puzzle of your epic custom designed Deck Armour flooring.

Based on the requirements in your submitted templating kit we will quote for the design and product supply aspect of decking out your boat with premium Deck Armour.
Once you accept the quote, we digitise your design and email it to you for approval including any custom designs.
You get up to 3 revisions!

What happens if I do not accept the quote?
Use the calculator below to get a ball park price on the full fit out of your boat. This will give you an idea on whether you want to go ahead with the job.
